『 京都義肢*design 』を発足しました。*商標登録6416346(商願2020-157031)
2020年は、Design Week Kyoto（以下DWK）初参画。自身の「モノづくり」に対する想い、そして「京都」への想いを強くする年となりました。
我々は2025年に迎える50周年、そして「次の100年」に向け、京都の先輩方や協力企業の方々と手を取り合いながら、素材から製造方法までひとつひとつの工程のデザインに拘った”深化”する「モノづくり」企業となるよう歩んで参ります。
KUSUOKA-GISHI(Prosthetic & Orthotics) has launched a new project
“KYOTO gishi*design” for the 50th anniversary of its foundation and the World Expo 2025.
The year 2020, We participated in Design Week Kyoto (DWK) for the first time, which strengthened our passion for “MONO-Zukuri(Craftmanship)” and for “Kyoto”.
For our 50th anniversary in 2025, and for the next “100 years” we will continue to work hand in hand with our experts and our partner companies in Kyoto to become a company that is committed to deepening “MONO-Zukuri(Craftmanship)” by focusing on the design of each and every process from selecting materials to manufacturing methods.

に込める想い
京都に集う様々なgishiとgishiが何乗にも掛け合わされてgishi*となり、そこから新たなdesignを生み出していく。
そんな想いを込めてKYOTO gishi*designと命名しました。
The various “gishi” and “gishi” that gather in Kyoto are multiplied and multiplied to form gishi*, and from there a new “design” is born. With this in mind, we have named the project KYOTO gishi*design.

DWKで出会った縁を大切に
吉靴房さまと一緒に取り組んでいます「革下駄とインソール」の融合など、決して自社だけでは発想もできなかったことが、少しづつカタチになってきています。
We are working together with “KIKKABO” on a fusion of leather clogs and insoles, and other ideas that we could never have come up with on our own are gradually taking shape.

You can experience making small objects using plaster, which is used to make body models. (No participation fee) *Because of the process on the 16th, the workshop will be a combination of the workshop and the Company tour.2/17 (Fri) Company Tour 60min + Workshop 60min (Kashime)
